Emily Feaster is a Math and Science Resource Teacher at Colson Elementary. She has been a teacher for 14 years in Hillsborough County. She taught children with Autism for 5 years, Fifth grade for 5 years and has been a Resource Teacher for 4 years. Emily has her Master’s Degree in Psychology. She became National Board certified in 2009. She has been awarded Teacher of the Year in 2010 at Seffner Elementary and again in 2015 at Colson Elementary. She has been a trainer for the Math Department for 2 years.
Krista Fielder is currently the Reading Resource Teacher at Webb Middle School. She is National Board Certified Middle Childhood Generalist November 2002-2022. She has taught 2nd-8th grades in all subjects since 1993 in Hillsborough County. She earned her Master’s Degree from USF in Adult Education in 2003. She represented HCPS as a presenter at the NSDC conference in Washington, D.C. for NBPTS on Urban Systemic Change. Ms. Fielder was elected Teacher of the Year at Webb Middle School for the 2012-13 school year.

Heather Hanks is the Genius Bar teacher and Teacher Talent Developer at Bloomingdale High School. Prior to that, she served as a mentor for the district and a journalism, photography and social media teacher at Bloomingdale High School, where she formerly advised the national-award winning Minotaur yearbook and Bull’s Eye newsmagazine. She is currently serving as a Florida Teacher Leader Fellow, one of forty educators in the state and the only in the district working with the Lastinger Center at the University of Florida to improve teacher leadership and teaching quality. She is certified as a Master Journalism Educator by the Journalism Education Association and certified as an Adobe Certified Expert Design Specialist in Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat. She won teacher of the year at Bloomingdale High School in 2012, FSPA district journalism teacher of the year and state finalist in 2012, and was named a national Rising Star by JEA in 2012. She enjoys working in educational technology, serving on the district’s BYOD and digital citizenship committee and creating an app for Bloomingdale. She started the first social media academic program in the state, and began a popular program in AP Photography.
